Login to NaviPlan User Services
In addition to telephone support, licensed and trial NaviPlan users can now login to NaviPlan User Services (NUS).
NUS is the new, 24/7 self-service that helps licensed and trial NaviPlan users resolve their issues with NaviPlan software. Issues can be resolved either by viewing previously resolved issues, or by submitting a new Technical Support Request (TSR). Because NUS is a secure web-hosted application, users can securely upload their client files, and then work with a Technical Support Specialist to resolve the issue.
