NaviPlan Bulletin: patch released to address Internet Explorer 7 issue
To address an issue that exists when NaviPlan Standard Offline or NaviPlan Extended Offline is installed on the same computer as Microsoft’s recently-released Internet Explorer 7, EISI has just released a patch (version 10.1.1.2).
Installation instructions and v10.1.1.2 are now available on the product-support Web pages of these affected products:
The issue arose in Offline formats of the software when attempting to close a pop-up window in Internet Explorer 7: 'The Web page you are viewing is trying to close. Do you want to close this window?'
There were no Internet Explorer 7 issues detected in either Online-only configurations of NaviPlan Central, or in Windows-based formats. If you have questions, please contact Technical Support at 888-692-3474, option 4.
