EISI continues its growth streak thanks to an ambitious workforce

The leading supplier of financial planning software in North America, EISI is one of Manitoba's most attractive employers, reports Manitoba Business Magazine.

Continuing its growth streak, EISI created 34 new jobs in 2003. Judy Borus, Manager of Human Resources, has recruited more than 160 new employees since starting with EISI in 2000.

Says Borus: "We've had tremendous success with our local recruiting efforts. The calibre of graduates at the University of Manitoba is excellent and that's been the area we've had to ramp up the quickest."

With an ambitious workforce driving EISI's success, the company is among the top 100 businesses in Manitoba, and the province's top exporters with 82% of its gross revenue in 2003 coming from exports.
