NaviPlan part of groundbreaking Web integration, reports Financial Advisor magazine
StatementOne, Morningstar, and NaviPlan are launching a Web-based platform that will eliminate a significant amount of data entry for their clients.
NaviPlan officials quoted in a recent Financial Advisor magazine article say the integration will allow the automation of data input into NaviPlan financial planning software.
"Web Services is a groundbreaking platform that will allow our broker-dealer clients and their advisors to further leverage their StatementOne consolidated data," says Jakob Rohn, StatementOne's senior vice president of product development.
Morningstar says advisors will have a direct interface between its investment research software (Morningstar Advisor Workstation) and StatementOne's data.
The benefits of this integration will reach more than 50 financial institutions, which employ tens of thousands of advisors who manage more than $300 billion in assets and millions of individual accounts.
