EISI is a Manitoba favourite

For the third consecutive year and in spite of tighter competition, EISI has been named one of Manitoba's Top Employers by editors at Mediacorp Canada, Inc.

EISI was commended for its RSP contribution program, its generous bonuses, its comfortable work environment, and creating job opportunities for young professionals through its University of Manitoba Computer Sciences co-op program.

Nominees came from a pool of more than 75,000 Canadian employers from. Editors hand-picked contenders based on their recruitment histories and growth rate. After an extensive application process, applicants were then evaluated on eight key areas: (1) Physical Workplace; (2) Work Atmosphere & Social; (3) Health, Financial & Family Benefits; (4) Vacation & Time Off; (5) Employee Communications; (6) Performance Management; (7) Training & Skills Development; and (8) Community Involvement.
