Included with your standalone desktop license
The desktop format is installed on your computer - both Profiles software and client data are locally stored. Included in your Profiles license:
- Training resources and technical support
- Annual software updates and enhancements
- Updates for legislative changes, as required
- Updates for Ibbotson asset classifiers and return rates (if applicable)
Included with your Web license
The Web format enables you to log in to access Profiles in a hosted environment with the highest possible level of data security certification. In addition to the desktop features, this format includes:
- Desktop software – check-in / check-out client files
- Secure data storage – ISO 27001 certified
- Multi-browser compatibility – Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari internet browsers for both PC and Mac platforms
