Judy Borus

Vice President, Human Resources & Training

Judy has been with EISI since June 2000. In her role as Vice President, Human Resources & Training, Judy is responsible for implementing and maintaining fair, contemporary human resource management practices that position EISI as an employer of choice. This includes recruitment and selection, policy development, employee relations, performance management, job evaluation, compensation, and leadership/staff development.

Judy’s role requires attention to organizational culture to ensure alignment of programs and practices that support a high performance, innovative environment. In pursuit of continued effectiveness in her role, Judy keeps herself connected to trends within the human resources field and technology industry.

Before joining EISI, Judy worked for Investors Group, which is one of the largest financial planning companies in Canada. She enjoyed a challenging 22-year career there, primarily within the Human Resources department, and then for two years in the Training department within the IG Institute. Her responsibilities included employment services, career development and coaching, facilitating organizational development initiatives, and leadership/staff development.

Judy has attained the Certified Human Resource Professional Designation -C.H.R.P. and is a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Manitoba Inc.
