Joel Holland
Chief Security Officer & Director of Hosted Operations
Joel Holland joined Financial Profiles in October 2002 as a Senior Software Engineer. Since the acquisition, Joel has moved up the ranks to assume the role of Chief Security Officer & Director of Hosted Operations.
In this position, Joel is responsible for developing and implementing EISI's strategic information security program, and to upholding EISI's compliance with industry regulations for data security. Further, Joel drives the product strategy and vision of EISI's hosted (ASP) solutions: NaviPlan Central and Profiles OnDemand.
Previously, Joel ran his own company, A2ZTrends, which performed artificial intelligence analyses on financial markets. He was the Vice President of Engineering at Stylelogic, where he managed all of the daily operations around information technology, hosting, and new product development. For Motorola, Joel was Senior Manager of a multi-national satellite and broadband systems project.
Joel studied nuclear engineering at Georgia Tech (the Georgia Institute of Technology), and worked as a nuclear engineer on U.S. naval submarines.
In his spare time, Joel still enjoys pursuing his knowledge of artificial intelligence, and rock climbing.
