Jim Hardeman
Vice President,
Product Management, Enterprise Solutions
Jim Hardeman joined Financial Profiles in August 2001 where he held senior positions in Professional Services and Product Management. Shortly after the acquisition, Jim's expertise and contributions were recognized with an appointment to Vice President, Product Management, Enterprise Solutions for EISI.
He is now responsible for developing the product strategy, vision, and roadmap of EISI's enterprise solutions, which includes the integration services of both the NaviPlan and Profiles financial planning product lines . Jim is also tasked with managing the first project to unite talent on both sides of the organization since EISI acquired Profiles: the Advice Management Platform. This enterprise-focused initiative will dramatically change the way firms deliver financial planning and advice services.
Jim has more than 10 years of Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Professional Services experience in the software development industry. Jim started his career at Northwestern Mutual where he was a financial planner for three years. He achieved his BA, Economics from Pepperdine University.
