Jim Hardeman
Vice President,
Product Management
Jim Hardeman joined Financial Profiles in August 2001 where he held senior positions in Professional Services and Product Management. Shortly after the acquisition, Jim's expertise and contributions were recognized with an appointment to Vice President, Product Management, Enterprise Solutions for EISI and he was asked to lead the first project that would unite talent on both sides of the organization.
Under Jim’s guidance, Advice Fusion, EISI’s advice management platform for enterprises, was developed to deliver an integrated set of self-service Web tools for clients, planning tools for advisors, and enterprise management functionality. Jim continues to lead the vision and strategy for EISI’s three product lines: NaviPlan, Profiles, and Advice Fusion. In addition, Jim manages EISI’s strategic relationships with industry alliances.
Jim has more than 10 years of Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development, and Professional Services experience in the software development industry. Jim started his career at Northwestern Mutual where he was a financial planner for three years. He achieved his BA, Economics from Pepperdine University.
