James Teitsma

Chief Development Officer

James has been with EISI since September 1995, and has held increasingly more senior positions throughout his career with the company.

As Chief Development Officer, James is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Research and Development team, and formulating the technical vision and strategy for advancing the capabilities and customizations of NaviPlan. Along with his years of experience in developing NaviPlan, he leverages trends in the technology industry to establish best practices that are responsive to the needs of NaviPlan clients and partners.

Previously at EISI, James was responsible for developing and overseeing a number of large-scale projects, both generic and customized, as well as recruiting and fostering leadership development for the Research and Development team.

James received his Bachelor of Computer Science (First Class Honors) from the University of Manitoba. Prior to coming to EISI, he spent three years designing and developing the top-tier central database layer for Iris System's automated meter reading system.
