Geoff Crysdale
Executive Vice-President, Operations and COO
Geoff Crysdale is one of the founding members of EISI and has been with the company since its inception in 1990. He is a member of the Board of Directors and is the Corporate Secretary.
Geoff is responsible for overall operations at EISI. He oversees the day-to-day accounting operations, directs the development and deployment of corporate information systems, guides the development and maintenance of the corporate infrastructure through Human Resources, and oversees the activities of the support departments (Training, Technical Support, and Technical Communications). He works in close consultation with Dr. Evans to establish company budgets and business plans.
Geoff was a full-time lecturer in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Manitoba from 1989 to 1991. He has also taught Oracle courses in the university’s Continuing Education division. Before lecturing at the university, Geoff worked in the Information Technology departments of several large corporations including ICG, Richardson Greenshields, and SHL Systemhouse.
Geoff received his Bachelor of Computer Science (Honors) degree from the University of Manitoba in 1986 and has since completed the required course work for a Master's degree in Computer Science.
